These items, along with a specific cost, will be listed on the registration page. All those who register by Oct. 12 will be placed in our early bird prize drawing. Falcon Fun Run ($10)

The more competitive of the two races, this 5k run is sans color and includes timing. It contains mostly wide trails and will show off the natural autumn beauty of campus! Proceeds will go to Messiah’s Track and Field Team, as a fundraiser for their Spring Break service trip. Check-In & Registration: Lower Starry Athletic Fields Complex (by Falcon Hut) from 8:00-9:00 a.m. The cost to participate is $10 and includes a t-shirt.

Live Color Run ($15)

Enjoy a colorful, noncompetitive 5k run/walk event around Messiah’s campus with your family and friends. The proceeds go toward Messiah’s Track and Field Team, to raise funds for their Spring Service Trip.  Kids & adults of all ages are welcome!   Check-In & Registration: Lower Starry Athletic Fields Complex (by Falcon Hut) from 8:00-10:00 a.m. The cost to participate is $15 and includes a t-shirt.

Take a stroll down memory lane and check out the most collectively historic place on campus. The Archives includes photos, periodicals and artifacts that give intriguing insights into Messiah’s history.

Oakes Musuem Open House/Craft Time

Come with your little one to the Oakes Museum for a giraffe-themed storytime and craft!  Storytime will be at 11:30 and 1:30, and the giraffe craft will be available during the entire Oakes Museum Open House.

"Come with your litte one to the Oakes Museum for a Children's Craft Time!  This year we will be learning about the Falcon, our Messiah College mascot, as well as other birds of prey.  There will be a brief program that includes opportunities to interact with museum artifacts at both 10:00am and 2:00pm.  The Falcon craft will be available during the entire Oakes Museum Open House.

“Earthkeepers” Nature Walk

The Messiah College Earthkeepers' Club strives to promote sustainable practices on-campus and abroad in order to improve the environment  for our benefit and to honor God's creation.  Children and their families are invited to join the Earthkeepers on a nature walk, which includes the Covered Bridge and Yellow Breeches.

Join the Offices of Multicultural Programs and Diversity Affairs for a brunch event to honor former student leaders. Representatives from the African Student Union, Asian Student Association, Black Student Union, International Student Association/MuKappa, LaAlianza Latina and other members of the Multicultural Council will be present at the event to express their gratitude to these individuals. Celebrate the legacy, connect with old friends and meet the current student leaders of Multicultural Programs.

Whether you are across the state or across the world, we are very grateful you have decided to make the journey back “home” to Grantham, PA this fall. A number of motels and hotels in the area provide a discounted rate for Messiah College students, families, and alumni. Please contact each hotel for availability and reservations. By selecting the “Read More” button below, you will be provided with a list of hotels within five miles from campus who offer the Messiah College discount upon request. Please make reservations under “Messiah College Homecoming.” Discounts are offered between October 19-October 22.

Parking & Check-In

Friday, Oct. 19: Golden Grads are encouraged to park in the Visitor's Lot (VV). Check in for the Golden Grad events will be held in the new Martin Commons Lobby, which is located in the Eisenhower Campus Center next to the Lottie Nelson Dining Hall. Saturday, Oct. 20: Parking is open across campus (including Starry Athletic Field). No parking pass is required. Additional parking can be found on Rec-field #2 and the Pit. Once you arrive, please check in at registration in the Eisenhower Campus Center. You will be able to pick-up or purchase tickets, ask questions, and receive your nametag and schedule.
